- ตรวจหูชั้นนอกด้วยวิธีการส่องกล้องโดยแพทย์เฉพาะทางด้าน หู คอ จมูก (Outer ear examination (Otoscopy) by Otolaryngologist )
- ตรวจสมรรถภาพการได้ยิน (Audiogram)
- ตรวจการทำงานของหูชั้นกลาง (Tympanogram)

- ราคาดังกล่าวรวมค่าแพทย์และค่าบริการของโรงพยาบาลแล้ว (Include Doctor’s fee and medical service)
- ราคาดังกล่าวไม่รวมค่าหัตถการอย่างอื่นที่นอกเหนือจากรายการในแพ็กเกจ (Treatment, additional check up and additional consultation for any abnormality detected are not included in the package price)
- ราคาดังกล่าวไม่รวมค่ายา (Exclude take home medication)
